All orders are accepted in accordance with my standard terms and conditions.

Please remember that goods may only be ordered for delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom.

To place an order, please either:

   ... to check availability and to reserve the item(s) you require.

   Then confirm your order details by sending either a covering letter or a completed order form together with your card details or cheque/postal order (made payable to "Created For You")
